How do I receive my tickets?
After completing your purchase, tickets are sent to your email address as QR codes. You can also access them from your account dashboard.
Can I transfer or resell my tickets?
Tickets are tied to the purchaser's account. Transfers are allowed once per ticket through your dashboard up to 24 hours before the event.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, tickets can be exchanged for event credit only. No refunds on the day of the event.
Are there age restrictions?
Most events are open to all ages. Specific age restrictions are listed on each event page. Valid ID may be required at entry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event start time. VIP ticket holders have dedicated express entry lanes.
