2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in the FAQ. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of our purchase limits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to purchase tickets. Resale above face value is prohibited on this platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and order cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
